Jews working at Schindler's camp were earmarked for Auschwitz. To save them, Schindler began his own "forced labor" camp, where all Jews were treated well and fed enough. This "camp" became known as the Emalia camp
After asking the SS officers (he had friendships within the Nazi Party), Schindler moved his camp to Brunnlitz, Czechlosovakia

Schindler retrieved all the lost people and safely returned them to his camp
Schindler grew low on money and began asking any Jews with remaining wealth for money, in return, he promised to employ them at his camp and keep them safe
Schindler's new camp made enamel kitchenware and munitions to supply the Nazis. However, Schindler and his Jews (known as Schindler's Jews) made sure that not one bullet passed the quality control tests
When asked by an SS officer why his bullets were defective, Schindler claimed it was because of "start-up difficulties", but Schindler made defective bullets deliberately
